Probably I should add note to web page about where SVN credentials are stored.

RESOLVED!

It eventually became apparent that Tortoise SVN was what stores my
credentials. I find the SVN experience to be horrific compared to other source
control products. This particular problem is just one small example of "good
luck finding what's wrong and where something is hidden." General SVN "no
UI", "terrible UI", etc.

I appreciate your product. It brings SVN a micro-step closer to being a
usable "product".

My domain password expired today. SVN Notifier is now useless. It cannot
connect to the SVN server. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that
did not help. How do I make it "pick up" my new password?!
